Counselling and Psychotherapy can help with a variety of challenges - addressing difficulties in the present as well as overcoming experiences that belong to the past. A respectful and attuned therapeutic relationship I believe to be the foundation for all therapeutic work. Beside talk therapy we may use art materials to help you express yourself. Often people find that they want more life quality or that important relationships in their lives are impacted by their difficulties and want to find a way forward that feels right for them.
Together, we may explore skills to help manage an acute situation. It is also possible that it is most helpful for you if we engage in a process in which you connect deeply with yourself and become more fully who you are. How we work is shaped by what you need.
