Do you struggle with social anxiety? Fear of crowds or busy places such as city centres or going on the bus? Do you notice negative thought patterns and behaviours leading to avoidance or panic attacks?
I will provide a safe & friendly environment for you as we work together to challenge your unhelpful thinking habits. I use an Integrative approach meaning I combine different therapy approaches to best suit the needs of the client; these involve humanistic models & CBT techniques. I also offer EFT tapping which is a holistic approach to lower stress.
In my practice over the past couple of years I have worked with a wide range of clients and diversities. I have a particular interest in working with anxiety disorders.
