We all experience challenging emotions, thoughts and events throughout the course of our lives. Psychotherapy is one way to process and make peace with the complexities of the lived experience. I pprecia the courage & ambition of wanting to bring about a positive change in your life. Understanding ourselves & our motivations is key to building self compassion and learning to respond rather than react to life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, sexuality issues, among other concerns. I offer clients a safe, nonjudgemental space to understand and accept themselves.
In my psychotherapy sessions I create an open & safe space where clients can navigate their personal struggles, their motivations, emotions and behaviours. Each session will explore topics that you, the client, brings and we will discuss these issues blending elements of psychotherapy & counselling theory such as CBT, psychodynamic & person-centred approach.
In my personal view, allowing yourself a space dedicated to self-exploration and understanding is a true act of resilience and courage. I understand that those coming to psychotherapy may find the notion daunting, I aim to ensure you are listened to in a non-judgemental and supportive manner in every session
