The relationship between you and I is at the core of our work together, where safety and trust are the foundation. We will begin by getting clear on your goals for therapy. I will then adapt my approach to fit your specific needs. We will explore the limiting beliefs and negative patterns keeping you stuck, and then work towards creating lasting change.
