My name is Éadaoin and you are very welcome to my profile page. We alI know that life can be challenging and at times we may find ourselves feeling stuck. We live in such a fast paced world it becomes all too easy to relegate our own needs to the bottom of our list of priorities. I believe that we all have the creativity within us to grow and adapt to any situation that comes our way. Sometimes we need a safe space in order to rediscover who we are, where we are and what it is that we actually want for our one and only precious life. A space to untangle and recreate the life that we want to live.
My training as a humanistic integrative counsellor is at the heart of my work. My aim is to offer you a non-judgemental, compassionate and confidential space in order to reconnect with yourself. To explore the issues that you may be facing and to discover what it is that you want for your life here and now.
Making an appointment to come to counselling can be a daunting decision. However it can also be the first step in taking responsibility for your own life and happiness.
