My ideal clients are people who appear to be coping on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected or stuck internally. They may come to therapy because of stress, ADHD or neurodivergence, low confidence, grief, relationship strain, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties or repeating patterns they want to understand. I help by offering a calm, professional space to make sense of what is happening, identify what keeps them stuck, and build practical, realistic steps forward.
My work is built on a strong therapeutic relationship where trust, respect and collaboration come first. I help people facing anxiety, burnout, ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, grief or feeling stuck to make sense of what is happening and build practical, realistic steps toward change.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you have been coping alone for a long time. I offer a calm, respectful and collaborative space where we can begin to understand what is happening and find a way forward together. When you feel ready, you are welcome to take the first step.
