I'm a Chartered Counselling and Health Psychologist and a Coaching Psychologist. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, eating difficulties, chronic pain, couple conflict, and sexuality concerns.
I am a doctoral level psychologist trained and registered for practice in three countries. I specialize in trauma, addiction, and personalized care that considers health holistically. In addition to my private practice, I am an educator and clinical supervisor, and an active community volunteer here in Ireland supporting mental health organisations.
I grew up in St. Brides, a remote Irish farming village in Canada and was thrilled to relocate to Dublin in 2024. I love it here!
