I am an accredited psychotherapist with over 20 years’ clinical experience working with adults. I offer online psychotherapy across Ireland, alongside in-person sessions.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), delivered in a structured, collaborative and evidence-based way. I support clients in understanding and changing the thinking patterns, behaviours, and emotional responses that maintain psychological distress.
I work with a wide range of common mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, addiction and compulsive behaviours, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and neurodiversity-related challenges such as ADHD and autism spectrum presentations.
