| Русский I am an Integrative Therapist. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. As an integrative practitioner, I draw on a range of therapeutic models to best support each client, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. I work with adults experiencing a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, family conflict, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with intrusive thoughts, anxiety and OCD.
I support clients in developing practical tools and deeper understanding in managing their distress and regaining a sense of control. I strive towards creating a safe and supportive environment for every client that I work with. I have over 10 years experience supporting people in mental health and intellectual disability sectors.
My academic background also includes a BA in Psychology (Maynooth University) and an MSc in Psychological Sciences (University of Limerick). These studies shaped my interest in neuroscientific and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches, which I integrate into my work where appropriate. Please don't hesitate and get in touch.
