I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings and make sense of your experience. Together, we build a safe and reflective space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself, notice patterns and find new ways of relating to yourself and others. I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred, relational and attachment theory. I integrate different perspectives and techniques and I work with you to find what best suits your needs and your goals for therapy.
Therapy may be helpful if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, confused, or if you are finding parts of life difficult to manage. I have experience supporting people through a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, issues of self-esteem, work-related issues and life transitions.
