I offer in-person sessions in a comfortable and calming space.
I see every client as a unique individual shaped by their life story, resources, and difficulties. No one else has lived your life or sees the world quite like you do. That’s why I approach therapy with respect for your individuality, and I aim to create a space where your story feels seen, valued, and understood. I work with people who are navigating emotional pain, childhood trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, or unhelpful patterns that feel resistant to change. Many are looking to better understand themselves, find steadier ground, and build more meaningful connections.

I'm a qualified Music Therapist, accredited member IACAT.

Yes, talking is good and helps. But maybe therapy can be much more... I blend psychotherapy, coaching and CBT to see things differently and help in fresh new ways. Curious?

My ideal client has experienced emotional pain or trauma, such as abuse, grief, or struggles with mental health. They may face challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or difficulty in relationships. These issues often hold them back, making it hard to feel in control of their emotions or confident in their choices. They may feel stuck in negative patterns and seek healing, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
They want to break free from the emotional weight of the past and rebuild their self-worth. Their goal is to feel empowered, to understand themselves better, and to make decisions from a place of self-awareness

I am available for therapy sessions in person or online.
You've taken the first step by seeking help in what could be the most important journey of your life. It can be nerve-racking thinking about sitting in front of a stranger and telling them about yourself. What if they judge you? What if they don't believe you? What if it doesn't work? These are common fears, and I've had them myself when I first started therapy. When we work together, our relationship will be one built on trust, confidentiality, and without judgment.

The ideal environment is one that both supports & challenges us. Too often we go without both of these conditions. A Life Coach will tease out and help you create your vision of what you really want your life to be. If everything in your life stays status quo, you will head into a default future. We need another perspective if not we tend to go around repeating our default patterns and getting nowhere. As a Transformational Life Coach Linda acts as the boat, that you the client steps into, to move across the gap, to get you from your current life, to the life that is calling you.
