I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred therapy, CBT, ACT, reality therapy, and pluralistic psychotherapy, however I tailor my work to suit you as an individual. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, listened to, and understood. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you and move at your pace.
