I have been providing trauma informed psychotherapy since 2004 and have been fully accredited since 2008. I hold a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy from MTU (First Class Honours) and have completed specialist trainings (e.g. EMDR) to work efficaciously with survivors of developmental and shock trauma. I work collaboratively with each client to formulate a shared understanding of: the nature of the presenting problem / issue; how the problem / issue developed or was caused; how the problem / issue is being sustained and how the problem / issue can be resolved to enable the client live more freely.
