Have you been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism or are you considering a diagnosis? As a diagnosed ADHD therapist with traits of Autism, my special focus is working with adult clients pre and post diagnosis. I have personal and professional knowledge of the co-occurrence of life long generalised anxiety disorder, bouts of depression, social anxiety and burnout that accompany the neurodivergent client. Working with adult neurodivergent adults is my fulfilling passion as a therapist. It is a joy to witness mental health improvement and radical self-acceptance in therapy. We can begin to craft a life that suits the client much better.

A diagnosis helps the client to begin living again in a new way, a life that understands and celebrates their neurodivergence. I see relief, reframing, boundary creation and a confident authenticity that is liberating. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent psychotherapist, I am incredibly passionate about the mental health recovery of my ADHD and ASD clients.
