Childhood Emotional Neglect & Attachment Wounds
Growing up with emotionally immature parents can make it hard to form and maintain healthy relationships as an adult. You might notice struggles in your romantic relationship, marriage, or family and friends connections — and wonder why it feels so difficult. In this group, you’ll join others who have lived through similar experiences. Together, with the guidance of a psychotherapist, you will understand how your childhood shaped your attachment style, learn why certain relationship patterns keep repeating, gain tools and skills to create healthier connections in the present.
