Hi I'm Davnet, I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist based in Co.Mayo. Life and relationships can be challenging and stressful at times, this can trigger feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, confusion and grief. I have experience in working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self esteem, sexuality and trauma. I specialise in working with clients experiencing bereavement, family and relationship issues and major life transitions.
