Hi,
I am Darach Mac Lochlainn. I am an IACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, qualified since 2016. I work with adults aged over 18 who are experiencing Stress, Relationships issues, Work related problems, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, or Addiction.
I provide a space for clients, to explore what is going on for them. With a non-judgemental, empathetic approach to clients, and working collaboratively with them, I create a trusting relationship which allows clients to express difficult feelings, become more self-aware, learn new coping skills and deal more effectively with whatever issues they are facing.
