My years of experience in working with anxiety, depression and loss has enabled me to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space. By using integrative therapies, I sit with each client and work with their individual needs. I offer a space for clients to express and explore their presenting issues in a comfortable environment.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist having completed the Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with a BA in Applied Social Studies and I am a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).I use an integrative approach employing CBT, Humanistic, Existential, Psychodynamic and Person-Centred techniques.
One of the hardest things to do is seek help for our issues. But by taking this step you will have help finding solutions to overwhelming situations.
