I’m Dara, a qualified Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapist and Neurodivergent Coach. I’m dedicated to supporting people through many of life's challenges and to better understand themselves in order to live more authentically. I offer a safe, supportive, neuro-affirmative space where you can explore your inner narratives and reconnect with a more fulfilling, authentic life.
Before becoming a therapist, I had a varied career that always focused on people, from radio presenting to retail management. Over time, I became increasingly driven to support others in reaching their full potential, which led me to this path.
My practice is rooted in compassion, and I meet you wherever you are on your journey. Together, we explore the inner narratives that influence how you experience yourself and the world, working to reconnect with your authentic self—across mind, body, and soul—so you can move toward a more fulfilled and joyful life.
You may come to therapy because you’re feeling anxious, low, stuck or struggling with relationships, identity or self-worth. You may simply feel that something isn’t right. I am here to support you. I also have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients to better understand themselves and create a life that works with, rather than against you
