I have experience of a wide variety of of issues, including but not limited to stress and anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, depression and trauma. I worked as an Addiction Counsellor at Cuan Mhuire, the county's largest treatment centre, for eighteen months. My approach to counselling is integrative, primarily Humanistic, CBT and Solution-Focused
