I offer counselling and psychotherapy for adults using a holistic, integrative approach. I work collaboratively, taking time to understand each person’s experience and what feels most important to them. Sessions offer a calm, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, patterns, and life challenges at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.
