I work from a person centred, humanistic modality, where I recognise you as the expert in your life, not the therapist. working alongside you as you discover your strength and experience your growth, overcoming what is causing you pain or holding you back.

I offer one to one counselling and psychotherapy both in person and online and while working within a person centred modality I offer you the control within the therapeutic relationship.
