Counselling focuses on relieving the burden of mental health difficulties, where healing and discovering occurs through talking. Through talk therapy, we can find a new perspective on life, gain awareness and balance, and carry changes that may have been difficult to implement in the past.
I am a pre-accredited IACP member and a fully qualified counsellor with a B.A. in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I completed a post-graduate Specialist Diploma in Neurodiversity Informed Psychotherapy. I offer counselling in English and Italian, online and in person.
Being a counsellor allowed for the journey I initially undertook as a counselling client to continue beyond myself. I recommend to meet for one consulting session before starting any work. We will see how we both sit together and if it is a good fit, so do not worry about committing to any.
