Specialising in mental health for adults and adolescents. Focusing on self-love, healing inner wounds, healing past trauma, and building resilience. Dagmara works using integrative approaches like Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems.
My work is designed to move clients from the "why" of their struggles and into the experience of change. The ideal outcome of the integrative approach is the transition with the use of different tools from internal conflict to a state of grounded self-leadership, where one no longer feels at the mercy of their triggers or past wounds.
I guide my clients to find genuine self-love and recognise their worth. With the use of IFS (Internal Family Systems), I am able to help integrate inner critics, inner children, and managers and create inner peace.
