Our mental health can have such a significant impact on the quality of our lives. These challenges come in many forms, including trauma, phobias, bereavement, anxiety, and behavioural issues. Often, it is hard to tell exactly what is wrong, only a sense that things are not right. The first brave step to take is to share that difficulty.
