Do you need someone to share your problems with, discuss your needs, achieve clarity about where you want and need to go in life? I can help you. I work with my clients in an integrative way, using therapies such as Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapies, Mindfulness. I guide my clients collaboratively, in a non-judgemental, supportive atmosphere to better understand their feelings, thoughts, behaviours and relationships. Clients leave counselling with an effective structure to enable them to lead fulfilling lives.
During my career in education, human resources - performance, development, recruitment, selection in Irish industry and university settings, I have built up a wide range of experience and deepened my understanding of people. This has enabled me to have a deep insight to what motivates people and how best to guide them to be the best version of themselves.
From our first meeting I put my clients at ease so they can explore their problems in a safe, supportive , confidential atmosphere. As trust grows between us clients become more able to express their difficulties and tease out complex issues. Crucially, I will enable my clients to develop skills and assimilate them into their daily life.
