She offers a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their concerns and utilises a blend of therapeutic interventions from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT),
transactional analysis
and systemic therapy, to support clients to come into greater self-understanding and empowerment in navigating their lives.
Grace is a qualified and accredited psychotherapist. She holds a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy with Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and Sociology with the University of Limerick. Her training included specialisms in couple therapy, psychosexual therapy and trauma. She has a particular interest in the areas of adolescent/ student mental health and is experienced in working with a broad range of difficulties including anxiety and stress, depression, bereavement, addictive behaviours, substance misuse, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, suicide and trauma.
