Hello, my name is clair and I have been working in my private psychotherapy practice in Ireland for over twenty years, giving me deep diverse experience of working with issues in living. We all face difficulties and challenges. Sometimes these stem from stressful situations, problematic relationships or traumatic events and can lead to thoughts and feelings that are confusing or distressing. I believe therapy is not a "one size fits all” process, we are all unique and it is important to me as a therapist that I meet you where you are at.

Hello my name is Pauline and I am passionate about the field of Counselling & Psychotherapy and sharing my knowledge with others. I work from a Person Centred, holisitic perspective, looking at the person as a whole, addressing the mind/body connection.

Claire holds a MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Claire aligns herself as a humanistic-integrative psychotherapist, meaning that she believes all clients deserve to experience a safe, non-judgmental area to grow, with congruence, positive regard and empathy. Therapy is thought to be a collaborative effort in this respect, with the belief that every client has the capacity to reach their full unique potential.

There is no one size fits all when it comes to starting Therapy. Perhaps you are looking for professional support to help guide you through a challenging episode of life, or maybe you have decided to address mental health issues such as depression, or anxiety, through talk therapy. Whatever your reasons may be, I would be delighted to work with you to develop an approach that makes sense for you and your goals.

Sharon is a passionate and experienced counsellor, who supports people with a variety of mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties, those who experience a loss of meaning in their lives, or those who are seeking a greater sense of fulfilment. Sharon has completed a BA degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Youth Studies, holds a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is currently pursuing a MA degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Dr Deirdre Walsh is a holistic psychologist and yoga instructor. She believes in an integrated approach to human health and wellness and that there’s many ways to help empower people to better themselves. She is passionately committed to helping people reconnect with the best version of themselves and ignite their true potential.

Richard is a Counselling Psychologist and a Chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. He works with people who have a deep desire to change the patterns within their relationships, either with themselves or with others. Richard has worked with clients from 4 to 94, in a variety of different setting, from primary care public health services, to the hospice service. He has worked with people with present with a number of different issues, from addiction to trauma, which are often interlinked.

I have been working as a psychotherapist for 20 years. Prior to that I worked at managerial level in business for 16 years. So my background is very practical and, I hope, enables me work with the complete person, and not just the specific issues that seem most important now.
