I am an accredited (IACP) psychotherapist who works with adults and couples in a person-centred, empathic, facilitative way on a broad range of issues, including depression, anxiety, chronic illness, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, gender identity, work-related stress, suicide ideation and post-traumatic stress. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed and Person Centred approaches to explore and help reach a fresh perspective on painful life experiences while developing coping strategies to deal with life’s ongoing challenges.
