You may be struggling with stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, a significant life change, or simply feel that life has become harder than it should be. Together, we'll take time to understand not only the difficulties you're experiencing but also the patterns that may be contributing to them. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful and practical, helping you gain greater understanding, develop new ways of coping and create meaningful, lasting change.

Sandra strives to create a therapeutic environment grounded in empathy while clients embark on their journey of self-exploration and personal growth. Her approach to psychotherapy is rooted in the integration of person-centred and psychoanalytic approaches. She is mindful that each client is unique and tailors her therapeutic approach accordingly by incorporating, for example, CBT, Schema therapy and somatic techniques. So often with symptoms of anxiety and depression, vagus nerve dysregulation is an unseen enemy and Sandra uses the principles of polyvagal theory to help clients become more grounded and centred in the body.
