Using
Cognitive
and Body Based methods, I seek to bring stability to the body and mind, alleviating symptoms such as anxiety and panic, low self esteem, unresolved trauma, destructive choices, behaviours and relationships.
With the wide skill set of an Integrative Therapist, I find that organically, talking therapy and body based therapies harmonise in the therapy room where clients get to talk, to name emotions, to feel them emotionally and to break down their physicality, demystifying responses, such as anxiety, and aiding the regaining of personal autonomy and full participation in life. Some clients are top down, and others are bottom up, and recognising this in how I work with each individual client is essential.
