I believe that the relationship between the counsellor and the client is key to developing a trusting therapeutic space, where client and counsellor can work together to explore ways towards achieving the goals and needs of each individual client.
My specialist interest is working with bereavement and loss, as well as working with anxiety and depression. Loss is at the heart of our lives. We all experience a range of losses throughout our lives. Loss can include; death, loss of a relationship through divorce or separation, loss of a job, loss of self-confidence and loss of a sense of self.

I work with Adult & Adolescent clients with relationship issues, low self-esteem, social anxiety, depression, stresses of everyday living, may have suffered abuse, bereavement and loss, or had a difficult childhood where their needs were not met.
I support the whole person mind, body and spirit in their therapeutic sessions. By providing a warm, safe and supportive space, and with my guidance and techniques, the client finds within themselves the answers, a better understanding, or different perspectives, for them to grow towards a better place.

I believe that compassion and curiosity are essential when creating a safe therapeutic relationship and I passionately believe in the importance of being seen, heard, accepted, and understood by another in a caring and non-judgemental manner.
Hello and welcome. Are you stressed, lost, anxious? Going through divorce? Life brings many experiences our way, some good and some bad. The emotional impact of these experiences can be frightening or confusing. Our family have a lot of influence on us, how we behave, how we talk, and how we communicate. Loss, grief, and anxiety are natural responses and processing our emotions is an essential part of living a healthy life.

It also is a safe, non-judgmental space for people to process grief and loss, boost self-esteem, relationship issues, sexuality/gender concerns and to safely heal from trauma.
As a psychotherapist it is my job to see the whole person sitting in front of me. To listen, observe and notice without judgement. To work hard at seeing the client for who they really are. This will allow the client the space to get to know and accept all their contradictions and complexities.

Supporting individuals in developing effective coping skills to manage depression, anxiety, fear, relationship issues and life stressors.
As a psychologist with experience, I know how great the potential is in every person. We sometimes forget about our capabilities. For various reasons, life did not contribute to the disclosure of our inner potential and resources. But in fact, everything that people need to cope with in life exists inside them. I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instil self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. Making changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with sadness and fear can bring life-altering results. English and Russian clients. Instagram: kris kmt

Relationship Issues Counsellors
While the need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
