To be Human is to feel deeply. If we belive in this then we have a choice, a choice of self-compassion, a choice of normalizing what we feel, a choice to heal. It's in this choice I would like to support you in your journey of healing in your own rhythm, one piece at a time.

Reasons include dealing with trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression, as well as working through grief, stress, and life transitions. Therapy can also be used for personal growth, helping people understand themselves better and develop skills to handle future issues.

For many neurodivergent people, the nervous system is already stretched before anything dramatic happens.
As a somatic trauma therapist, I'm interested in these moments of shock, not only life-threatening events, but experiences too sudden or lonely to process. My approach is body-based and Somatic Experiencing informed. For children, art therapy helps process big experiences like fear, loss, and change through play and image rather than words.

I’m an EMDR-trained psychotherapist working with trauma, addiction, and the patterns that quietly organise a life. Before psychotherapy, I worked in the international art world — a way of seeing I still carry: attention to what is held in the body, what repeats, what resists language. I don’t see people as problems to fix, but as nervous systems shaped by experience. Therapy becomes a steady, boundaried space where what has been carried alone can be met, felt, and slowly reworked — until something more liveable, and more your own, begins to take shape.
