I have 15 years experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting people through the issues that bring most of us to therapy at some point — anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and the relational patterns we find ourselves stuck in. Our job together is to identify what's getting in the way of the life you want, understand how those patterns took hold, and gently remove the inner and outer obstacles that are keeping you stuck. The focus is on real change, in how you feel, how you relate, and how you move through the world.

If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s happening and find a way forward together. With over eight years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many people through different challenges, helping them build strength, clarity, and a more fulfilling life. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I studied philosophy and religions, completing a doctorate. This shapes my interest in the questions of meaning and identity. I put strong emphasis on practical applications of therapy in life.

With over 14 years of experience, I have helped many people on their unique healing journey. Sometimes we need a place to explore the difficulties that arise in life; whether they are behaviours, feelings, or emotions. At times you need to be listened to confidentially and without judgement. Our mental health can have such a significant impact on the quality of our lives. These challenges come in many forms, including trauma, phobias, bereavement, anxiety, and behavioural issues. Often, it is hard to tell exactly what is wrong, only a sense that things are not right. The first brave step to take is to share that difficulty.

Therapy for Conscious Change. Speed matters, but quality of life is defined by self-understanding. If you seek a professional guide who values your time and readiness for transformation over just a "chat" - you are in the right place. I believe no situation is unsolvable; there are only paths yet to be paved. I am Andriy Mazurenko, an integrative psychotherapist and sexologist. I balance swift, issue-specific work with deep, long-term therapy. Avoiding "one-size-fits-all" templates, I combine tools to suit your individual dynamics and explore the foundations of your personality.

As a Humanistic Integrative psychotherapist I draw on multiple theories: Humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, Jungian, body-oriented and trauma informed practices.
It is wise to reach out for support when we face challenges in life. I believe that everyone can tap into their inner wisdom and resources, to meet stressful times with more resilience. I work with clients systemically, taking their significant relationships into consideration, also drawing on gestalt, psychoanalytic and humanistic theories. I intuitively create an individual healing plan for each client, depending on their needs. It is important to me that the process is reflective, collaborative and my clients are comfortable in sharing how they feel in the session. I work in English and Lithuanian.

My ideal client has experienced emotional pain or trauma, such as abuse, grief, or struggles with mental health. They may face challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or difficulty in relationships. These issues often hold them back, making it hard to feel in control of their emotions or confident in their choices. They may feel stuck in negative patterns and seek healing, clarity, and a stronger sense of self. They want to break free from the emotional weight of the past and rebuild their self-worth. Their goal is to feel empowered, to understand themselves better, and to make decisions from a place of self-awareness

Jungian Counsellors
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
