My therapeutic approach is an integrative one, incorporating the principles of Person-Centred Therapy (a non-directive, empathic approach that empowers clients to fulfil their own potential), Psychodynamic Therapy (which explores the influence of the past on current behaviours) and also
, when more specific guidance is required and appropriate.
I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, low-mood, low self-esteem, loneliness, grief/loss, abuse, trauma, infertility, relationship difficulties, work and family issues, to name but a few. Or with clients who may simply be feeling overwhelmed with life in general and are unsure how to move forward. I also work with couples who may be experiencing a crisis in their relationship or who simply need guidance on how to reconnect with each other.
