As a therapist, I am trained to listen to you in a particular way that is different to how you might be used to being listened to. When I sit or walk with you, I am paying attention to the different ways that you express yourself with words, tone, movement, and metaphor to see if we can get a sense together of what might be underlying what is troubling you or keeping you stuck. Our work together is a space in which you can be as you are, speak as you need to, play with ideas and dreams, and tune into your body as a rich source of information, but importantly, a place in which you can do this at your own pace.

Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to “fix” themselves through self help, overthinking, people pleasing or constantly analysing their past, yet still feel emotionally stuck. I help people understand the deeper patterns driving anxiety, relationships, emotional overwhelm and repeated cycles that keep showing up in their lives. My work combines psychotherapy, psychoeducation, nervous system awareness and emotional processing to help people move beyond simply talking about their experiences and begin integrating real change.

I am a fully accredited and qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist.A background in healthcare in hospital settings and psychology. Currently a doctoral candidate in training. I'm interested in the deeply rooted patterns in which we remain ‘stuck’ in ones life. I am also Registered with the NMBI. I favour exploring the often unconscious meanings of these patterns that we play out in life, through the discussion of relationships, dreams, language and other areas as helpful in bringing issues to the surface especially in self-defeating behaviours that are often resistant to change. MIFPP. MICP.

You might be feeling anxious, low or overwhelmed, and not fully sure why. You may notice your mind constantly turning things over or a sense that you are not quite where you want to be in yourself. Maybe somewhere along the way, you’ve started to feel like you’re not quite enough. Often, the people I work with have spent a long time pushing their own needs aside or holding themselves to very high standards, which can lead to anxiety, overwhelm or low mood. Therapy offers a space to begin making sense of this, to develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself and to feel less stuck in the same patterns.

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you're constantly masking? You’re not alone and you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. I work with adults who are neurodivergent and navigating anxiety, burnout, identity questions, and the emotional weight of constant masking. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me. I’m a pre-accredited psychotherapist with lived experience of ADHD. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, sensory-aware, and rooted in curiosity, not correction.
