Well done on taking the first step and for reaching out. I welcome the opportunity to encourage and empower you on your therapeutic journey and personal growth.

Psychotherapist, Pre-Accredited Member IACP

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed approaches.
You might be feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by thoughts you rarely share. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what is underneath, and start to feel more like yourself again. I do not believe in fixing people; I believe in understanding, healing, and helping you reconnect with yourself. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can speak freely, without judgment or pressure. My approach is relational and integrative, rooted in deep listening and honest reflection. I do not rush to label or fix; instead, we explore what is beneath the surface so genuine healing can begin.

Counselling and psychotherapy focus on relieving the burden of mental health difficulties, where healing and discovering occurs through talking. Through talk therapy, we can find a new perspective on life, gain awareness and balance, and carry changes that may have been difficult to implement in the past. I truly believe in the healing power of telling our own story in a safe, emphatic and non-judgmental space.

Life can be challenging and at times can feel overwhelming. During these times, it can be helpful to have a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Counselling and psychotherapy will provide you with the space to discuss and explore issues which are important to you or causing you worry, help you to gain an understanding or insight into who you are and what your values might be, and find ways to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I aim to help individuals who want to explore and fully experience their inner world. Whether you have struggles to face or wish to get to know yourself better, the psychoanalytic therapy room is a safe and confidential environment to bring your whole self into. I specialise in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, a form of talk therapy focused on exploring unconscious thoughts, patterns and feelings of the individual. It is rooted in the idea that early experiences shape us and are reflected in our present behaviours, feelings and relationships.

You might be the type to just put your head down and keep going, but lately, it’s all feeling like a bit too much. Hi, I’m Liza. As a psychotherapist, I work with people dealing with anxiety, deep grief (such as losing a child, parent, partner or relationship), infertility, or work burnout. I also support those dealing with serious illness or life after a cancer diagnosis. Having lived abroad and moved home, I also know the strange, mixed bag of feelings that comes with starting over or returning home. Whatever’s weighing on you right now, having a quiet space to discuss it and figure things out can make all the difference.

You may appear capable on the outside, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected within. Perhaps you notice people-pleasing, overthinking, emotional shutdown, or repeating difficult relationship patterns. You may be longing for more than coping strategies. In our work, we gently explore the impact of past experiences and trauma, supporting your nervous system to move out of survival mode and towards greater steadiness and regulation. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can feel met without judgment and begin to create lasting, embodied change at a pace that feels safe for you. Sessions are in English and Croatian.

I aim to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to explore personal issues. Working from a humanistic and person centred ethos means I believe that all individuals hold the tools within to heal and grow. When we experience early adversity or difficult life events we can find ourselves at a loss, grappling with deep feelings of unhappiness. Sometimes we can become at war with ourselves . Issues such as low self esteem, anxiety and depression can arise. I work in a collaborative and empowering yet gentle way to accompany you on your journey of healing.
