In Person Counselling in Dublin
Welcome to Your Therapeutic Journey
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and for many, it may bring a sense of vulnerability or uncertainty. It's completely normal to feel this way, and I want you to know that you're not alone. It takes courage to seek support, and that courage is the foundation of your healing journey.
My core belief is that each individual has the potential to lead a more fulfilled life. Too often, we get caught in cycles of guilt, shame, and self-criticism that prevent us from investing in ourselves, our well-being, and our happiness. But therapy is not just a tool for healing – it’s a power

I help people living with OCD—especially those overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, rituals, or mental checking that won’t switch off. Many of my clients have tried therapy before but felt misunderstood or unsure if it was really OCD. I get it—not just professionally, but personally. I know how isolating and exhausting it can be to keep things hidden while trying to hold life together. If you're ready to face OCD differently—with honesty, direction, and real tools—we can do that work together.

Hello and welcome to my practice where I provide counselling and psychotherapy with people experiencing stress, sadness, or anxiety in their lives. There can be so many reasons behind why we are feeling awful, and it can be very hard sometimes to articulate, to share, or even to understand, our inner pain, but by engaging in a relationship with an empathetic therapist, you will experience someone who seeks to learn, to support, to understand, to sit through the hard conversations with you. At its core, a relationship with a psychotherapist helps you heal.

Clive works with people experiencing a range of symptoms, particularly Depersonalisation and Derealisation. He works in an individual way to meet the needs of a person, focusing on what is brought to find the underlying cause of the issue.
“I work with what is known to find what is unknown to the individual. If you are finding life difficult, it's okay; we will find a way to the root of the symptoms. Being listened to and truly heard by a qualified psychotherapist can bring change and restoration to a person.

I see clients in person in Dublin (Clontarf) Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and online via Zoom Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.
Head down, keep going, cope. That's probably how you've managed so far. But something's brought you here because it's starting to feel like too much.
Hi, I'm Liza, a psychotherapist working with people facing grief, sudden or traumatic loss, depression, low mood, anxiety, infertility or burnout. I work with clients who may have serious illness or are dealing with life after a cancer diagnosis, or are caring for someone else while trying to hold themselves together too. Having lived abroad and moved home myself, I also understand the strange mix of feelings that comes with being an expat, or with starting over and coming back.

I offer in person sessions in a Dublin city-centre base and on-line.
I hold a real respect for the courage it takes to engage in therapy. My work draws on my experience of over 20 yrs in Mental Health, as well as my professional training. I use both to support clients as they explore the complexities of their lives and the possibilities ahead. I am experienced as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. A key difference from more symptom-focused models is that psychodynamic therapy assumes meaning beneath symptoms. Anxiety, depression, anger, even procrastination — these aren’t just problems to eliminate but communications to understand. Change can happen quickly when someone gains a clear insight to 'why'

Are you someone who longs for genuine connection but feels trapped in patterns of self-doubt, conflict, or control? Perhaps you are navigating trauma, an eating disorder, or relational struggles — perhaps caring deeply for others while feeling unseen yourself. Beneath the overwhelm, often my clients want to feel safe in their own skin, to understand their emotions, and to build relationships grounded in trust, balance, and authenticity. Together, we work toward calm, confidence, and connection that lasts.

I am an accredited psychotherapist offering in-person/online sessions.
Our experience of sensations such as chronic anxiety, depression, anger, grief, shame, rumination, negative thoughts — can be debilitating and for some affect nearly every aspect of daily life. These are, however, often just symptoms of something deeper. Therefore, to truly recover, we must first understand what we need to recover from. As we work together, we will identify the conscious and unconscious patterns that shape our feelings and behaviours. And it is with this raising of awareness that a foundation can be created that allows for real, meaningful change.
