I work with women across every stage of adult life-not only the stages society has traditionally expected. My clinical focus spans the full arc of women’s mental health: the identity, pressure and uncertainty of young adulthood; the emotional demands of pregnancy and the postnatal period; and the psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause. I also support women whose lives do not follow older templates, including those navigating singlehood, choosing not to marry or have children, later-life independence, and major life transitions.

I'm a psychotherapist specialising in migraine and chronic pain. Are you living with migraine and exhausted from pushing through? Constantly working, showing up, keeping going — all while feeling no one understands what it costs you? Do you feel guilty about cancelling plans, worry about the next attack and find it difficult to relax? You may feel like you've already tried everything and nothing makes a difference. Perhaps you also live with other pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and back or neck pain.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or aware that something in your life seems off kilter, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what’s really going on for you. Many of the people I work with are experiencing anxiety, stress, burn-out, or a sense of feeling lost or lacking direction—even if things may appear “fine” on the surface. I have a particular interest in working with people who want to live more authentically—developing self-awareness, finding meaning and direction, and addressing old wounds that may still be shaping how they feel, relate, and move through life.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I work with individuals and couples who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or searching for greater meaning, clarity, and balance in their lives. Many clients come to therapy carrying anxiety, stress, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or the emotional impact of painful past experiences. Some may feel lost, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves and others. Together, we create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, build self-awareness, and strengthen resilience and emotional stability.
