Hello and welcome. I offer highly personalised, deeply integrative support for a small number of individuals and families navigating life after a neurodivergent identification (e.g. Autistic, ADHD). I’m the founder and leader of Thriving Autistic, a global nonprofit supporting neurodivergent adults in 19 countries. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, sensory awareness, relational clarity, and systems change. I work especially well with individuals whose lives are layered, high-stakes, or in significant transition — including senior leaders, professionals, and those seeking more than traditional therapy alone can offer.

Are you stuck in patterns you don't understand, held back by anxiety, difficult relationships, or a persistent feeling that something is "off"? These struggles are not flaws, but messages. My role is to help you listen to them. As a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore the roots of your distress, which often lie in unconscious thoughts, memories, and repeated patterns. Together, we will work to uncover the ‘why’ behind your struggles—whether they involve trauma, identity, sexuality, or a longing for change—so you can move forward with greater freedom and clarity.

During journey of our life we come across many challenges, some posed by external environment, some by our internal environment. We manage most of them by our coping mechanisms and problem solving skills. I believe everyone of us has the capacity to deal with our external / internal environment using our strengths / values / attitudes / communication to name a few. According to Carl Rogers we are on a continued path of becoming a person. In order to achieve this, self awareness becomes one of the most important factor. I consider myself privileged to to have accompanied my clients on their journey of their becoming..

Some people need help with their relationship dynamics whether it’s with their families and friends, romantic, or sexual. There may be patterns of being with people that just aren’t working anymore and feel like they need to change. Other people might be struggling with identity. This may be due to moving to Ireland from a different culture and trying to adjust to the way things are in Ireland. For others the feeling of not fitting in may be due to other issues such as gender, sexual orientation or ability. Life situations and events can cause us to feel depressed, anxious, scared and alone. It can be hard knowing how to cope.

Coming to therapy is the first step to doing something about changing an aspect of your life that is causing you distress, or overwhelming you to such a degree that it is holding you back or keeping you stuck. Do not feel you have to suffer in silence. Your problems could be the way you interpret things or the lens through which you view things. Sometimes our thinking patterns need to be challenged, and we can find alternative and more useful ways of seeing things, leading to a more fulfilling life for ourselves. Therapy is about growth in our thinking , this leading to more positive thinking, leading to a better quality life.

Do you frequently overthink? Is your mood low or anxious? Are you struggling in relationships or the workplace? Do you find you are leaning on food, drink, drugs or other substances to help you cope? Have you experienced bereavement or relationship loss? Therapy allows an individual to explore their current situation, their relationships, and to process emotions, understand behaviours and which in turn can strengthen an individual's inner sense of direction, self-esteem and self-resilience.
