In a few words, I identify as autistic, non-binary, queer, a video game fanatic, and occasionally an alternative drag/cabaret performer.
I offer both traditional talk therapy, as well as Brainspotting, a powerful tool for processing and releasing your emotions or symptoms of distress. My work is experiential, tailored more towards your emotional and somatic experiences, rather than just your thoughts or cognitive elements, as your wellbeing is reliant on the harmony of your entire self.
