What troubles our minds can have such a negative impact on the quality of our lives. Psychological troubles come in many forms, relational both to oneself and to others, grief and loss, behavioural problems from anxiety or depression and rage or sometimes it's hard to tell exactly what it is, only a sense that things are not right. The first brave step to take is to share that difficulty.
