I am Kelly, a professionally qualified and fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Co. Kildare. I am well aware that starting therapy can feel daunting. I am here to support and guide you and create a warm and welcoming space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. I am devoted to creating a safe space for all, independent of race, culture, sexual orientation, age, or religion. After having lived and worked in three different countries, I have cultural awareness and appreciation of diversity, which are a principle of my practice.
