I use an integrative humanistic approach. My work is primarily grounded on Person-centered therapy, choice theory, mindfulness, and existential therapies. I also work in areas of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems. My goal is to work together with a client to create a counselling journey that is right for you in total confidence.

Couples sessions are 1 hour long.
I am a person centered therapist with ten years experience. I work with individuals and with couples in an inquisitive manner, to create a safe and secure space where all emotionality is welcomed and accommodated. As a client, I will work to help you uncover the pieces about yourself that help you and I both to understand what systems and structures you have in place in order to feel safe. From there, we can work to accommodate these systems and give you a sense of self awareness.
My couples work involves a session with each partner individually and then work on the relationship over a number of sessions with the couple together.
