I work using Emotionally Focused Therapy, helping couples move from conflict and disconnection to greater safety, closeness and understanding. With individuals, I support clients to work through emotional pain, reduce anxiety and find a more grounded, fulfilling way of living. I have a special interest in working with ADHD/ASD in couples and individuals.
