I'm a late diagnosed AuDHDer and I'm passionate about providing Neuro-affirming therapy to the LGBTQ+ community. Though I work with all couples, I focus on working with both the Kink and Polyamorous community, as they are under served by mainstream therapy.I have over a decade of volunteer experience in both communities, and came to this work to provide a safe therapeutic space for folks who need affirming practitioners to help them navigate their relationship needs. I have just completed a GSRD diploma to expand my clinical knowledge in working with my community. Other areas: chronic illness, fat positive, and sex worker positive

Integrating Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, TIST, guided imagery, and vagal toning, I help you explore root causes, find practical tools for relief in the here and now, and move toward deeper psychophysical balance and lasting change.
If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or the effects of challenging past experiences, I offer a supportive space to better understand what you are going through and work toward meaningful change. My approach helps you reconnect with yourself holistically, on a mind-body level, to develop practical tools, and gently address patterns that may no longer serve you, so you can move toward greater balance, resilience, and alignment with your values. Sessions are available in English and Italian.

I help people who feel overwhelmed by stress, caught in anxiety, or weighed down by low mood. Many clients come to therapy wanting to feel more like themselves again or to understand why things feel so difficult. My work is about creating space to explore these feelings safely and at your own pace.

Sometimes in our lives our thoughts can become scattered and our emotions like anxiety, sadness and overwhelm can begin to weigh heavy on our hearts with how intense they can be. We also may not understand where our negative thoughts are coming from and why they feel emotionally exhausting. This can lead to a situation where someone may experience emotional burnout. There is a belief in psychotherapy that shining a light on an issue and gaining clarity and a full understanding of why and how suffering is occurring allows a person to take back there lifeforce energy and remove power and control from the overwhelming thoughts.

With 9 years of extensive experience with individuals and couples, and supported by further training in body work, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, and Internal Family Systems, I offer a depth of understanding that honours the true complexity of being human and in relationship.
Both individuals and couples want to feel empowered to live our best life. But we don’t know how — so end up feeling anxious, depressed, frustrated or stuck. We often turn to food, alcohol, people pleasing, overworking and other habits just to cope. If this feels familiar, I can help you take back control. Reaching out is the first step toward reclaiming your power and creating the life you truly want. For couples, even the strongest, happiest relationships can become strained over time, so couples therapy is about exploring your current emotional distance. Please call because it doesn’t have to be like this for both of you!

You may be carrying more than you realise: the weight of expectations, the pressure to hold everything together, the impact of past experiences that still echo today, or the strain of relationships that feel stuck or overwhelming. You might feel a loss of clarity, identity, or purpose, or simply notice that coping alone no longer feels possible. If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place. I am a systemic psychotherapist supporting individuals, couples, and families to make sense of their experiences within the wider contexts of culture, identity, relationships, trauma, and life transitions.

As an integrative therapist, I holistically blend a number of modalities tailored to each client, with experience in somatic work, sexual therapy, IFS, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy.
Contact Via WhatsApp/Email. My focuses are relationships, eating disorders, & addiction. In both our relationships with self and others, most long to experience love, belonging & growth. In relationships and in hardships, I see infinite potential for transformation and evolution: through the stuck places, the old patterns, the failed attempts to connect or feel safe. Underneath, the true you is waiting to be heard through the surface ‘symptoms’. If you can recognise where you’re at, you’re halfway there — and rather than just treating the symptoms, together we listen to what’s underneath, and help you to get free from the root.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out from constantly adapting to a world that doesn’t always make space for difference. Perhaps you’re exploring your neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or PDA) or navigating addiction, trauma, grief, or emotional overwhelm. You might long to understand yourself better, find balance, or simply feel safe in your own body. My clients often come to therapy tired of surviving alone, ready to be met with curiosity, compassion, and understanding rather than judgment.

I am a MIACP Multilingual (English, Italian, Romanian) qualified Psychotherapist. As of now, I am currently pursuing a four-year Clinical & Professional MA in Psychoanalysis at UCD School of Medicine. I have completed additional training in Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, CBT for Menopausal Symptoms, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), 'Lets Talk About Suicide', Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, and Death Doula. I strongly hold the belief that worry, and sadness take up a lot of people's time, and it can be challenging to concentrate on anything other than simply existing, and that could bring unhappiness!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply longing for a deeper understanding of yourself. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I approach my work with the belief that with compassionate care and acceptance, no matter how challenging our early lives have been, we all have a capacity for transformation and the potential to live a more enriched and fulfilling life. I believe that helping people to recognise and believe in their worth enables them to be more resilient in the face of challenges and difficult emotional experiences and to be able to make self-supportive and affirming choices.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Counsellors
What is Internal Family Systems therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of talk therapy that focuses on sub-personalities, or “families,” within a person, which may be made up of wounded parts and unpleasant emotions like anger and shame. These sub-personalities can come into conflict with each other and with an individual’s core Self, leaving the person feeling detached from positive traits such as the “8 C’s” of confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connectedness. By healing a patient’s wounded parts, a therapist aims to restore balance and bring on positive change.

How does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
An IFS therapist will work with a patient to identify their particular sub-personalities, recognize the emotions powering them, and release them. By doing so, the patient should become more able to address any underlying problems their sub-personalities may have been trying to protect them from. Ultimately, a patient discovers ways to manage internal and external conflicts on their own, through techniques such as relaxation exercises, journaling, and making charts depicting the relationships between their core Self and their distinct parts.

Does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
IFS therapy has been shown to help people address conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, fears and phobias, trauma, and substance use disorders. Some research has also found that it can help individuals deal with symptoms of physical health conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, such as pain, everyday functioning, depressive feelings, and low self-compassion. There are some conditions for which IFS treatment, specifically discussions of one’s “parts,” may be less appropriate, such as schizophrenia or other states that involve psychosis or paranoia.

How long does Internal Family Systems therapy take?
As with most forms of talk therapy, there is no set duration or end point for IFS therapy. After becoming comfortable with a therapist and the core concepts of IFS, some patients quickly make progress. While experiences vary, most will find that it is a relatively longer-term therapy, involving months and sometimes years of sessions.
