As an Internal Family Systems therapist, I can help you understand and heal different “parts” of yourself—like that anxious part or critical voice — and support you in reconnecting with your true self.
I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults through big life changes and in particular, adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis. With a background in both Psychology and Integrated Psychotherapy, I take a holistic approach, recognising how our body holds onto past experiences, and I use that awareness to support emotional health and growth.

As an integrative therapist, I holistically blend a number of modalities tailored to each client, with experience in somatic work, sexual therapy, IFS, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy.
Contact Via WhatsApp/Email. My focuses are relationships, eating disorders, & addiction. In both our relationships with self and others, most long to experience love, belonging & growth. In relationships and in hardships, I see infinite potential for transformation and evolution: through the stuck places, the old patterns, the failed attempts to connect or feel safe. Underneath, the true you is waiting to be heard through the surface ‘symptoms’. If you can recognise where you’re at, you’re halfway there — and rather than just treating the symptoms, together we listen to what’s underneath, and help you to get free from the root.

I offer trauma-informed therapy integrating CBT, EMDR-informed methods, and parts work ( IFS).
I work with adolescents (11+) and adults who are ready to do the deep work—exploring and understanding protective parts, patterns, and behaviours that stem from earlier experiences. Many are at a crossroads, seeking clarity and support to move forward with insight, healing, and confidence.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns keep showing up, even when everything seems “fine” on the outside. You may notice tension in your body, feel restless, or repeat familiar patterns in relationships. I’ve been there myself, struggling with anxiety and self-doubt. Many people want a gentler, steadier experience of themselves — a chance to slow down, feel calmer in their body, and reconnect with their own strength and resilience.

Feeling low, anxious, over-analyzing, being detached, feeling lost, feeling guilty, having a strong critical voice, having relationship problems, being told you are over-sensitive-these are all issues we can look at in-depth. You may have a diagnosis but it is usually much more helpful to look at a formulation or map of your difficulties.
I am passionate about working with people who want to really understand what is contributing to their difficulties, and want to engage in experiential work to deeply address these. I specialise in Schema Therapy as it not only seeks to bring deep understanding, but also deep healing.

Psychotherapy for reflective adults navigating stress, transitions, and questions of meaning...
Life can sometimes feel demanding or unsettled, even when things appear to be functioning well on the outside. You may be managing work, responsibilities, and relationships while feeling tense, depleted, disconnected, or quietly out of balance. You might be carrying past experiences and patterns that are difficult to make sense of on your own. You may have a sense that something needs attention, even if it is hard to name.
Therapy can offer a steady space to slow down and listen more closely to what is happening beneath the surface.

I believe that the quality of your life is shaped by the relationship you have with yourself—and how that ripples into your relationships with others. When your inner world feels overwhelming, disconnected, or stuck, it’s not a personal failing. It’s often your nervous system doing its best to protect you.
Therapy here is about gently understanding those patterns, not fighting them.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can offer a place to land, to understand, and to grow.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Counsellors
What is Internal Family Systems therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of talk therapy that focuses on sub-personalities, or “families,” within a person, which may be made up of wounded parts and unpleasant emotions like anger and shame. These sub-personalities can come into conflict with each other and with an individual’s core Self, leaving the person feeling detached from positive traits such as the “8 C’s” of confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connectedness. By healing a patient’s wounded parts, a therapist aims to restore balance and bring on positive change.
How does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
An IFS therapist will work with a patient to identify their particular sub-personalities, recognize the emotions powering them, and release them. By doing so, the patient should become more able to address any underlying problems their sub-personalities may have been trying to protect them from. Ultimately, a patient discovers ways to manage internal and external conflicts on their own, through techniques such as relaxation exercises, journaling, and making charts depicting the relationships between their core Self and their distinct parts.
Does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
IFS therapy has been shown to help people address conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, fears and phobias, trauma, and substance use disorders. Some research has also found that it can help individuals deal with symptoms of physical health conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, such as pain, everyday functioning, depressive feelings, and low self-compassion. There are some conditions for which IFS treatment, specifically discussions of one’s “parts,” may be less appropriate, such as schizophrenia or other states that involve psychosis or paranoia.
How long does Internal Family Systems therapy take?
As with most forms of talk therapy, there is no set duration or end point for IFS therapy. After becoming comfortable with a therapist and the core concepts of IFS, some patients quickly make progress. While experiences vary, most will find that it is a relatively longer-term therapy, involving months and sometimes years of sessions.
