Key to my approach is identifying objectives and goals for our work together such as experiencing feelings of inner peace and worth, connecting with a sense of inner purpose, experiencing the freedom to live life without feeling burdened or guilty, connecting more in relationships, overcoming feelings of anxiety or depression, overcoming trauma.
