I am a CBT Psychotherapist and Mindfulness trainer. My aim is to create a warm, non-judgemental and safe space to help you to overcome whatever you are struggling with in life. My aim is to support you to overcome these difficulties, and to live a life that truly matters to you with health, wellbeing and vibrancy. These life challenges can include worry, overthinking, anxiety, depression, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, low self-esteem or stress. I have a special interest in ‘third wave’ CBT therapy which integrates Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and Acceptance-Based Approaches. I am also an Autism-informed Therapist.
