I have many different approaches depending on the needs of the client. My approaches are Behavioral and Cognitive therapy (CBT), I also am an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment) Therapist as well as Humanistic approach. I am very interested in working with Adolescents and Adults.
Making that first contact with a therapist takes real courage, but the rewards can be life changing. In an environment of safety and collaboration, clients can gain a deepened self knowledge, feel understood and begin to resolve the difficulties and symptoms that brought them to Therapy in the beginning. My Website is Counsellingkildare.ie.
